You may be deficient in zincDoes anyone know what to do about white marks on toenails? does it have to do with extended use of nail polish
You have an infection, seriously, get to the doctor for a blood workup.
you don't have an infection. I get white marks once in a while in my nails but they just grow out. And, being a guy, I dont' have the nailpolish to be considered.
Could be lack of Calcium, a fungal infection, or whatever. My girlfriend has lost those white marks under her fingernails since giving up smoking. Time for a lifestyle change?
Your diet will dictate this. Also is a sign of arsenic in the body. Not sure what foods to eat in order to prevent this.
it could be a calcium blip. as far as i know. its perfectly healthy, shouldnt be anything to do with too much polish
