no way black is out. i think werddd is right about people wearing bright colors because it's summer, but i think black nail polish could still work for night time outtings.Is black nail polish out?
I do not it is out because lots of ppl wear it still. If u want a neon, paint your nails black and put the neon pink on the tips.
Black nailpolish was ';in'; not so long ago, but now unless your emo or goth or skater you most likely dont wear it that often. Yes neons are coming in and I would reccomend the neon pink or even a neon blue.

yeah it seems like now really bright colors are in like hot pink, bright orange, yellow, and bright green.
i wouldn't say black is out though, i think people are just starting to wear brighter colors because of summer.
No it is a neutral tone and goes with just abou teverything. Dont sterotype thinking that is it just for goths because black is more excepted in the community as a fashion statment and not to punk out.

thats like for ... umm 'scene people' , i dont think it looks pretty anymore. i definatley dont think its looks good with people from olive skin to brown. it just doesnt look right. i think the style is getting old now. time to move on to something more classic.

You can wear whatever you want of course but black is pretty dark for summer. Dark colors are more for the winter season.
Well it depends on how you are. Like if you wear your black nail polish with all black then that is considered goth. If you have seen the Hills, like LC she wears black nail polish and she looks fine. Hope i could be of some assistance.

yeah, I've been like that, too. Right now my nails are neon pink, but I would defenitly paint them black if I had that color. :P
