?? what's that have to do with you being a vegetarian? because you are afraid they test it on animals or something? well when any product says ';not tested on animals'; it either means the ingredients have been tested on animals previously, or that they sent it off to have someone else do it. It's US law for them to be tested on animals first.
I'm not sure but certainly not cosmetic call the company that makes the nail polish brand ask if they do animal testing or check the nail polish see if it says this product is not tested on animals. be carful for Mars candy too they hurt lots of animals website is marscandykills.com

also you can get ';make-up'; that is not tested on animals, nor made from animals
its is full of unnatural chemicals. and its a little extra something you add to your body. All in all i would consider it make up.
no, and you can use makeup even if you're a vegetarian just try to find natural ones that do not test on animals.
