I got some orange nail polish today and put it on. Well the polish looks a bit dull. I only put the orange nail polish on...is it a good idea to put a clear coat over the orange? Will that make it more bright and better looking?Simple nail polish question? (i'm clueless about this stuff)?
A good clear top coat will leave a glossy finish. I recommend Seche Vite or PosheSimple nail polish question? (i'm clueless about this stuff)?
ALWAYS, ALWAYS put a clear top coat on, something like Sally Hansen, get it in the drug store.
It will help to keep it shinier and brighter, protect your nail, and make the polish last much longer and not chip!
And remember with reds, etc, always wear a bottom coat on clear polish to protect nails, especially from that yellow glow! :D
Clear coat do make it look cuter but also if you take an old nail polish painter thing, dry it out, and then once it is dry, it will be hard so then you can make desings with it.
you have to put more coats on. put one, let it dry all the way, and repeat until the its not so dull. or if that doesnt work, thats how the color is so get a brighter one. putting clear wont really help.
yes
try it

try putting on two coats of the polish. Then you can add the clear coat to make it look even better!!!
Try reapplying it, and if that doesn't work ,the polish is bogus.
Yes defenetly I am like a makeover godess I do all my friends at school :D
