I like a peachy pink color. Any brand of nail polish is fine; just go to Walmart or a store like Sephora/Ulta, and you can find tons of different colors and choices. I've also been experimenting with white nailpolish lately. ;)
I like to mix polishes, since I can never find the perfect color. My fave mix is 30% Sally hansen Salon Nail Lacquer in So much Fawn with 70% Sally hansen Diamond Nail color in Fairy Tale Ivory. You get a really nice not-overly-shimmery neutral color. It's nothing special though. For special times, I like using a silver color from Essie. Or maybe some pale, shimmery color on half my nail, and a darker, glittery-er version of that color on the other half. Like diagonally half, so that there's two triangles on your nails..

Is nailene good nail polish?
YES! Nailene has wonderful nail polish! Have you tried their French Manicure kits? They are essentially salon polishes at half the price! The formulas provide salon strength and finish and if you look at the ingredients, they are the same as an Essie or OPI. Except Nailene is only $4.99!

what i would suggest is to paint your nails white first before you put on the nail polish. the white will make a nice base so the color will really stand out.

well she accidently smelled the brush that was on the carpet, i said ';NO!'; but it was already too late,

Your cat is probably just reacting to the smell, the same way you would if you were exposed to something that stunk to high heaven. Lucky for you your cat probably won't come back to sniff it again, I had a cat that loved the smell of paint and seemed to have a sixth sense about when we would be doing home improvement projects and we would have to shut him downstairs so he wouldn't get in to all the paint.

Red! It's a classic. I'd suggest that if your jeans are light, use a slightly darker shade, and if you have dark jeans, use a brighter red. (and if you like lipstick, have it match!)

Painting a rubik's cube with nail polish?
Ok im tired of the stickers on the rubik's cube and i want to paint it. I already know i can use spray paint but that's not an option right now. so i looked online and saw you can use nail polish my question is will it damage the plastic like melt it or eat at it?Painting a rubik's cube with nail polish?
No it won't damage the plastic. The trick is that you have to find good colors and a high quality polish. Do each piece individually when the cube is taken apart, and put together only once it is fully dry.
Also if you want to never have to deal with sticker problems again, then I suggest getting cubesmith smooth tiles

I am flying to Turkey in the next few weeks, and I was just wondering, how much nail polish can I take in my suitcase?

I would maybe recommend wearing your glasses on the flight or taking a small bottle of solution in your hand luggage though as the air can really dry out and hurt your eyes if you have lenses in. Nail polish should be fine to, I took about 7 bottles in my case last year and there wasn't a problem xxx

The wallet is just a thing. It's a possession. It's not a small, lovable human being. Maybe your child just wanted you to think of them when you carried your wallet and that was the only way they could get your attention.
Small children want their parent's attention, be it good or bad. It was their way of getting your attention.
Give them a hug, take them out and buy them their own little wallet and some paper and crayons. Then go and get a really special refrigerator magnet.
Ask them to in the future to draw on the paper so you ';can put it on the refrigerator and everyone can see how artistic you are,'; not just you. You could even put it in a picture frame. Encourage their talents. Who knows! You just might have a talented artist in your family.
P.S. I don't know if it's a boy or girl so that is why I referred to your child as them.

Any parent knows with a three year old, they think everything can be written on. Next time, plan on not leaving a child around something expensive. DUH!
Well, if you don't really like your new customized Gucci wallet, I would suggest contacting the company for suggestions of what you can do. It will depend on the material the wallet is made of, and the color of the material. I know where you're coming from - my daughter decided that one of my new wallets would be a good teething ring. The gums didn't damage it, but the leather was permanently discolored because of the drool. Oh well, it did give me an excuse to go shopping for a new wallet!
Return it to the store; Gucci may be able to fix it. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIX IT YOURSELF.

Just for the rebel thing and affraid that its a sign of maybe going to the wrong side as some ppl call it meaning drugs, etc. Believe me, I have a close friend that told me that and she always had her nails wearing black.

Try this: Put on the lime green nail polish and then put on black on the part where the actual nail grows. It's like a french manicure only it's lime green and black. I've tried it and it's awesome! =]

Yeah, clear nail polish does work! (I totally agree) Plus, whenever you wash your hands it does gradually come off, so if I were you I'd constantly keep on putting on coats of it. (not too much though) :)
It's probably the brand. I use Sinful Colors Professional in the shade ';Black on Black';. It works very well and you don't need a whole bunch for a lot of depth and color. It drys very fast also. I would also recommend putting on a clear coat or something similar. I also find that any nail polish by Sally Hansen works VERY well also. Hope I helped!
Use a good base coat on cleaned and thuroughly dried nails, 2 coats of color, then one coat of good clear top coat. Add an additional coat of clear every other day to keep them looking new. For base, I recommend Orly ';Bonder'; base coat. For top coat, I recommend ';Seche Vite'; Dry Fast Top Coat.
Its because u need an undercoat before you put it on. Put clear nail varnish on FIRST, and then apply the black...This happens with a lot of nail varnishes, also you should wait for a good while in between each coat you apply..x
try putting on a clear protective coat before applying the first layer of black. i then do a second layer of black after it's dried (give it 5-7 minutes) and do one last clear coat - so 4 all together, clear, two black, clear! it works for me -- stays on without clipping for 4+ days...good luck. same thing if you do black on your toes :)

okay what I do for painting my nails is put on a base clear coat, two sets of the color and a finishing topcoat. this way the nail polish will not sink in with your nail
put on a top coat. Chip Skip is a good one.
either try a different kind of nail polish or get a bottle of coating nail polish its clear so you can just put it on over the black nail polish and it works great
get a better quality nail polish
put a base coat on and then do 2 coats then put a clear coat on top
it doesnt matter how many coats, it depends on the brand. if it was cheap, thats what you will get. i have cheap stuff and thats always what happens
if you have time to redo them, next time start with a base coat. This will allow the nail polish to stick better. Do 2 or 3 coats (whatever you like) of the color. Then seal the color with a clear coat. I suggest buying some good quality base and top coats as they are very important for keeping the color and not chipping away.
Cheap nail polish can also chip very easily no matter how many coats you end up using. I suggest buying a more expensive brand (such as essie or OPI) and that should fix your problem!
put on clear coat after putting on the 2 coat and see what happens. i have black nail polish by nyc and i use 2 coats and one coat of clear after and they don't chip but if you do to the nail salon and have them do they are going to do the same thing. they will start off with one coat and then put on other coat then put on the clear last.
cover in clear nail polish, and then when still tacky plunge into water as cold as you can handle, it hardens it really well
ugh.. i hate when that happens. get some clear polish like Wild Shine Clear Nail Protector [its like $1]

try putting on a clear protective coat before applying the first layer of black. i then do a second layer of black after it's dried (give it 5-7 minutes) and do one last clear coat - so 4 all together, clear, two black, clear! it works for me -- stays on without clipping for 4+ days...good luck. same thing if you do black on your toes :)
thats b/c black nail polish is ugly and your nails are trying to tell you something
okay what I do for painting my nails is put on a base clear coat, two sets of the color and a finishing topcoat. this way the nail polish will not sink in with your nail
put on a top coat. Chip Skip is a good one.
either try a different kind of nail polish or get a bottle of coating nail polish its clear so you can just put it on over the black nail polish and it works great
get a better quality nail polish

it doesnt matter how many coats, it depends on the brand. if it was cheap, thats what you will get. i have cheap stuff and thats always what happens
if you have time to redo them, next time start with a base coat. This will allow the nail polish to stick better. Do 2 or 3 coats (whatever you like) of the color. Then seal the color with a clear coat. I suggest buying some good quality base and top coats as they are very important for keeping the color and not chipping away.
Cheap nail polish can also chip very easily no matter how many coats you end up using. I suggest buying a more expensive brand (such as essie or OPI) and that should fix your problem!
put on clear coat after putting on the 2 coat and see what happens. i have black nail polish by nyc and i use 2 coats and one coat of clear after and they don't chip but if you do to the nail salon and have them do they are going to do the same thing. they will start off with one coat and then put on other coat then put on the clear last.
cover in clear nail polish, and then when still tacky plunge into water as cold as you can handle, it hardens it really well
ugh.. i hate when that happens. get some clear polish like Wild Shine Clear Nail Protector [its like $1]
%26amp;%26amp; paint a couple layers over your black polish.
put a clear coat on top of like 3 coats or nail polish and if that doesn't work try getting a diff nail polish brand lol.

Longer lasting nail polish?
My nail polish always comes off the tips of my nails pretty quickly... Which nail polishes in the UK wont do this?...As quick anyway =P Preferably under 拢5 or thereabouts and in bright colours =D

Nail varnish chipping usually occurs because:
1.) The nail polish was not applied thickly enough
2.) A base coat was not used
3.) Grease was left or is present on the nail
Applying a top coat of clear nail varnish will help protect your nail varnish from damage.
