okie doke so i was thinkin about paintin my nails black and then like spatterin neon washable paint and then just put a clear cote on my nails and wash the rest off my hands!! would that work!?!Nail polish idea?!? would it work?!?!?

i dont think so. i dont think the washable paint would hold up after putting on a clear coat. i think the clear would eat away the washable paint.
