its got two different colors in it.. and it looks like its cracked. dont know if its made to have a chemical reaction or what?

I know exactly what you are talking about it's called Crackle by Cover girl. Unfortunately, this specific one has been discontinued, but you can find it on ebay or you can buy Krackle ( do a google search) and there are some videos that show how to get something similar to it.
