what i would suggest is to paint your nails white first before you put on the nail polish. the white will make a nice base so the color will really stand out.
as for the food coloring, I have no idea-but i hope this helps!Nail polish n food coloring?
i don't think that the food coloring will stay on that well and if it does it will most likely stain your nails i would do a dark coat underneath first then go over it with thick clear polish thats all i can think of sorry.
